"Service" refers to the provision of transportation by Madras Miles via call taxi, call driver, and organized tours.

3. Usage of the Service
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to use the Service for legitimate transportation requests only and agree not to use the Service for sending or storing any unlawful material or for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking: You can book our services via our website, or phone call. All bookings must be made and confirmed at least 1 hour before the trip. Confirmation of bookings is subject to availability and will be confirmed by Madras Miles.
Cancellation: Users are advised to cancel their booking without any charges any time before the driver has been dispatched. A cancellation fee of INR 100 will be charged if the cancellation is made after the driver has reached the customer’s designated pickup point. Frequent cancellations after the driver's arrival may lead to limitations on your ability to use our services in the future.
5. Fares and Payment
The fare for our Service is determined based on the type of vehicle booked and the distance traveled. Fares may include tolls, taxes, and other governmental charges, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service and can be made through various payment methods offered by Madras Miles.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Cause damage to the vehicle or engage in any unlawful, threatening, abusive behavior during the use of our Service.
Attempt to solicit personal information from any driver or misuse personal information of others.
Impair or attempt to impair the proper operation of the network or services we provide.
7. Limitation of Liability
Madras Miles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services, including losses incurred due to unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or other intangible losses.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Madras Miles harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Madras Miles reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
